Revised proposal

Marina Duarte ·

Requested by Friday, Oct 2Could you send me the signed quote by Friday?

Hi! Here's the revised proposal with the changes from our meeting. Could you send me the signed quote by Friday?

Try it: open the conversations, turn the deadline into a task, read the bill and send a reply.

Your turn

From request to promise kept.

An ordinary email carries a commitment. OmniFast spots the deadline, reminds you at the right time and shows when the ball is in the other court.

  1. The request arrives

Marina asks for the quote by Friday. OmniFast reads the deadline in the text, without AI, and the conversation moves to Your turn.

  2. It becomes a task

One click creates the task with the deadline and a reminder the day before, linked to the email.

  3. The turn passes

You reply with the attachment and the conversation moves to Their turn. If no one comes back, the reminder tells you.

  4. The loop closes

She confirms, the task is done and nothing is left hanging.

Made for your day

What needs you, before you go looking.

Today, in one card

At the top of the Inbox, what's due and what's waiting on you: requested deadlines, bills about to come due, today's tasks and conversations sitting for days. Collapses with a click.

Bills to pay, even from password-protected PDFs

Statements, invoices and declined payments from every account, sorted by due date. If the bank sends the amount in a protected PDF, you type the password once; it stays in your Mac's Keychain and the next statements are read on their own.

Undo send, send later

Sending waits a few seconds before going out, and ⌘Z brings the text back. Schedule it for tomorrow morning and get reminded if no one replies.

Invitations you answer in place

Date in your time zone, place and call link on one card. Accept, decline or say maybe, and the organizer gets your answer. One click adds it to your Mac's Calendar.

Intelligence on your Mac

An assistant that reads before you do.

It starts off. When you turn it on, it points out what needs a reply, summarizes long threads, suggests quick replies and rewrites your text. Nothing is sent without you.

Knows what needs a reply

Each new message is read once and labeled: needs a reply, urgent or just informative. Your turn keeps only what depends on you, and you can correct it anytime.

Summarizes, suggests and rewrites

In three sentences, what's being asked of you and by when. Then a reply from a note of yours, in the conversation's language, ready to review, shorten or make more formal.

Summaries, quick replies and Rewrite use Apple Intelligence, on your Mac. Sorting what needs a reply and what's urgent goes through the OmniFast server with only the necessary snippet, which isn't stored.

Protection

Protection that works quietly.

Codes copied on arrival

The sign-in code shows up in the notification with a copy button and lands on your clipboard. No need to open the email.

Scams flagged before the click

Sender checked by your provider, look-alike domains and links that lead somewhere else: the app warns you before you click. Block or report spam in one click.

Trackers removed

Known tracking pixels are stripped before the message shows up, and links lose their campaign parameters.

Subscriptions in one place

Newsletters grouped per account, with how much each one sends. Move them out of the Inbox or ask to unsubscribe in one click, only when you say so.

And much more

Everything a great Mac email app does.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which Mac does it run on?

Any Mac with macOS 26 or later. On-device summaries, quick replies and Rewrite need a Mac with Apple Intelligence.

How does the free trial work?

Sign in to the app with your email and get 7 days with everything unlocked, AI included, no card required. If you don't subscribe, nothing is charged: the app still opens so you can read and search your mail, it just won't send or organize. Each subscription covers one Mac, and you can move it to another Mac anytime.

Which email providers work?

Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Zoho and any IMAP server. You can add more than one account from the same provider.

Does my email go through OmniFast servers?

No. The app talks straight to your provider and keeps everything on your Mac. Only AI sorting goes through the OmniFast server, with the necessary snippet, and nothing is stored there. The privacy policy says exactly what goes.

How does OmniFast read my bills?

From the email text or the attached PDF, on your Mac and without AI. If the PDF has a password, you type it once and it stays in Keychain. Amounts only show in Bills to pay.

Do I have to use AI?

No. Reading, replying, organizing, tasks and bills all work without AI. It starts off and you turn it on when you want.

Is there an AI usage limit?

Cloud sorting covers up to 3,000 messages a month, well above what someone who lives in email receives. If it runs out, the app keeps its usual rules until the next month. What Apple Intelligence does on your Mac doesn't count.

Why a subscription instead of a one-time purchase?

Cloud AI is billed by usage every month. The subscription pays for that and for updates, with no ads and no selling data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do tasks sync between Macs?

Tasks, tags and bills stay on the Mac where you created them. Snoozed conversations can apply on all your Macs if you turn that on. Messages stay with your provider.

Is there a Windows or phone version?

No. OmniFast is made for the Mac, with the look and shortcuts of Apple's own apps.

Try everything for 7 days.

Download, connect your accounts and see today what depends on you. No card needed.
